If unable to be there please contact the Auto Transport Group prior to the pick up date to confirm an alternate in care of person. However, after you place your order and you decided to change then additional charges may apply. If you schedule a day for pick up and don’t show up your vehicle could be turned over to a towing company and you would have to deal with them.

How far in advance should I schedule auto transport?

We recommend that you schedule your vehicle shipping as soon as you know the date you will need your vehicle. The fastest most cars can be delivered is one to three days depending on the distance.
